Document Description
The project would consist of the construction of: a 2.1-million gallon capacity equalization basin, two diversion structures to passively divert excess flows from the existing Linda Mar and Arguello sanitary sewer lines and transport the flow via a conveyance pipeline to the EQ basin during storm events, an effluent conveyance pipeline routing flows to the existing Crespi Drive sanitary sewer line and Linda Mar Blvd. pump station, a 10-foot tall motor control center building that is equipped with a 4-ft high metal antenna that would allow radio communication with the city's Calera Waste Water Treatment Plant and the Linda Mar Pump Station, a ventilation and odor-control system, and a potable-water supplied cleaning system within the EQ basin. The EQ basin would be located within the parking lot for the city of Pacifica's Skatepark located at 540 Crespi Drive in the City's skatepark parking lot.
