The 3.46 acre project site is located southwest of the Monroe Street and San Tomas Expressway intersection, and east of the San Tomas-Aquino Creek trail in the city of Santa Clara. The project is the construction of a neighborhood park and community garden. The site is on an existing, partially paved, undeveloped lot, used currently as a vehicle parking lot for users of the San Tomas-Aquino Creek Trail.
