Document Description
The project consists of a general plan amendment and rezone to change the existing land use designation and zoning to resource conservation and resource management allow the establishment of a mitigation bank totaling 350-acres. There is approximately 145-acres of existing habitat and 205-acres of land cultivated in rice. The 205-acres of rice will be converted to habitat with approval of the project.
