Document Description
The proposed project involves purchase of the site and demolition of the existing structures and facilities and the two single family residences, and construction of a kindergarten through sixth grade school and community use facility. The new school would accommodate approximately 446 students and employ approximately 59 full time and part time employees. The campus would be composed of six separate buildings and a total of 26 classrooms, daycare, library and computer lab, administrative offices, and music room. The community use facility would be used as a gym, performing arts center and community meeting facility.
