Municipal code amendment, planned development permit, conditional use permit, and site development permit for the construction of an intermediate care and nursing facility. The project would consist of 71 independent living units, 45 assisted living units, and 34 units of memory care within two, 2-story buildings totaling 165,667 sf. The project site is located on 23.9 acres within the North City Future Urbanizing Subarea II Plan Area of the city of San Diego. The property is located 3975 Via de la Valle in the southeast corner of Via de la Valle and El Camino Real Road. Access would be via a driveway connection to Via de la Valle.
