Document Description
The proposed project would involve the redevelopment of the existing school site into two separate campuses; the northern portion would be for transitional kindergarten through 6th grade and the southern portion for 7th through 12th grade. Within the 7th through 12th grade campus, the 7th and 8th grade and 9th through 12th grade would be located in separate areas and share the same administration facilities. The proposed project would involve the demolition of some buildings on site, and the redevelopment of some buildings, and the construction of new buildings and facilities. Primary access to the site would be provided along Ocean View Blvd with access to the new high school area provided from South 28th St and South 29th St.
