The City General Plan Land Use Map currently designates the property as Residential Multifamily 2 which allows for multifamily residential of up to 30 dwelling units per acre. Zoning on the property is La Habra Blvd. Specific Plan (SP-1). The project proposes to comply with the existing General Plan and Zoning requirements for the property. The project includes an application of the Density Bonus provisions as promulgated by Senate Bill (SB) 1818.
