Document Description
The Olson Company is proposing a 50 unit townhome residential project on a 2.40 acre site currently developed with commercial buildings and paving. As proposed, the project complies with the existing general plan and zoning requirements for the site. The project would be 3-stories. Each unit would have a 2-car garage, private open space and 2 to 4 bedrooms. The project would contain an 8,822 sf common courtyard. The project includes a density bonus application pursuant to SB 1818. Through the density bonus, the project would provide 5 units (10% of the total units) at prices affordable to Moderate Income Households. Incentives to be provided the project through the density bonus would be a waiver of the height limit and the right to use SB 1818 parking standards in lieu of city parking standards.
