Project would result in the disturbance of approx. 5 acres, including grading for tract improvements and building pads, and potentially an additional 1.5 acres of disturbance for off site improvements. Request includes mature tree removals, road design exceptions approved by the city public works department, structure height exception (5 feet), grading and restoration within locally-identified creek setback, and reduced rear yard setbacks.
