Document Description
The project proposes to demolish a vacant senior care facility to construct 79 condominiums on four lots with 10 units in Lot 1, 13 units in lot 2, 30 units in lot 3 and 26 units in lot 4. There is one single unit building in lot 1 at the southwest corner of Monterey St and McLean St and all other buildings will have two, three and four units per building. All of the buildings are two-stories in height with subterranean parking for 2 and 3 cars. The units in lot 1 will have Spanish architecture, lot 2 will have Craftsman architecture, feet, excluding the garage. Landscaping will be provided around the perimeter of the site as well as through the project. Depending on the size of the unit, each units will have a fenced-in deck ranging from 8'x11, 10'8"14 to 5'6"x11. The project proposes 202 parking spaces, which including 17 guest spaces.
