The project consists of a change of zone from RAP to CG and ML. The project is generally located at the northwest corner and southwest corners of Cruickshank Drive and 8th St. Properties identified by APNs 044-620-049, -050, and -051 would be rezoned to CG, while parcel with APN 044-620-053 would be rezoned to light manufacturing. A concurrent general plan amendment to change the land use designations for each of the parcels would also be required.
