Document Description
The project would consist of entitlements for a general plan amendment, specific plan, rezone and tentative map. The project is a master planned community consisting of 1,119 units with single family and estate lots, 10,000 sf of neighborhood commercial uses, a 9.7 ac. school site, 2.3 ac. fire station/sheriff site, a community village green, approximately 18 acres of public/private parks, approximately 424 acres of biological open space and 127 acres for limited development areas. The project site is generally located within the Proctor Valley, east of city of Chula Vista and south of Jamul. Primary access through this valley is the existing Proctor Valley Road, which will serve the projects neighborhoods.
