The project is a site plan modification to expand an existing industrial use, a pre-cast concrete manufacturing plant, pursuant to the "B" Special Area Designator. The project consists of the expansion of an existing manufacturing building from approximately 33,255 sf to 54,575 sf. The expansion is designed to move all manufacturing inside the newly expanded building. Additionally, a second concrete batch plant has been proposed which will be adjacent to the expanded manufacturing building.
