Document Description
Notes: Response to Comments The proposed project consists of the development of 68 single family detached residential condominium units and approval of a development agreement to define the obligations and responsibilities of the property owner/developer/city as it relates to the implementation of the project. All units will be two stories with floorplans ranging in size from 1,390 to 2,420 sf. The units will be clustered around entries from the two-lane private neighborhood lane, including seven clusters of eight units and one cluster each containing two, four, and six units. Approxiamtely 0.79 acre of private common open space and direct access to the adjacent Upland Hills Country Club facilities will be provided. Access to the project site is provided from 16th Street and North Upland Hills Drive. The project includes the reconfiguration of the parking lot all the project entrance and portions of the exiitng golf course.
