Abandonment of approx. 4,000-feet of t60-inch transmission main in a pipeline easement north of Lake Forest Drive from Romano Ave. to Bake Parkway, within Irvine Community Development Company property. The transmission main will be abandoned by injecting a concrete slurry, removal of all aboveground appurtenances, and restoring site surfaces.
