Document Description
Proposed project consists of an amendment to the Historic Murrieta Specific Plan (SPM 8): Amending the text and development standards, the land use designations within the study area would be reconfigured to the following designations: Mixed-Use; Multi-Family; Public/Civic/Institutional; Rural Residential; Single Family-1; and Single Family-2. This would result in the potential addition of 1,151 dwelling units within the study area, and an estimated 1.229 million additional sq. ft. of non-residential uses. A corresponding amendment tot eh General Plan is proposed as a result of the changes to the land use map, text, and land use designations within the Specific Plan.
