Note: Extended Per Lead The proposed project consists of an amendment to the Historic Murrieta Specific Plan. The land use designations within the study area would be reconfigured to the following designations: mixed use; multi family; public/civic/institutional; rural residential; single family-1; and single family-2. This would result in the potential addition of 1,151 dwelling units within the study area, and an estimated 1.229 million additional sf of non-residential uses. A corresponding amendmnt to the general plan is proposed as a result of the changes to the land designations within the specific plan.
