THe LCSD proposes to ugprade the existing Wastewater Reclamation Plant (WWRP), replace a trunk sewer along Foster Road, install and operate a new recycled water storage tank and pump station in Waller County Park wiht a connecting pipeline from the WWRP, improve the existing storage reservoir supply pipeline, remove the existing storage reservoir soil stockpile and implement a Habitat Conservation Plan including a conservation easement area to preserve habitat for CA tiger salamander (CTS) (Ambystoma californiense) and CA red-legged frog (CRLF) (Rana draytonii).
