Document Description
The proposed master plan consists of the following components:
Upgrades to existing facilities to be completed in two phases and construction of a flood wall/berm to protect facilities within the 100-year floodplain of Orcutt Creek. Burial and extension of an existing above-ground storage reservoir supply pipeline. Replacement of trunk sewer line adjacent to Foster Road. Waller Park recycled water pipeline and tank. Implementation of a habitat conservation plan in support of the issuance of an incidental take permit under section 10 of the endangered species act.
