A request by Roger Nicolas for a minor use permit to allow a 2,400 sf winery processing facility that will include a 2,000 sf processing area/tank/barrel room, 400 sf for case storage and a 1,318 sf outdoor crush pad. Wine production is estimated at 1,200 cases per year. The project will result in 21,290 sf of site disturbance on a 39.55 acre parcel. The proposed project is within the Agriculture land use category and is located approximately 6.50 miles north of the city of Paso Robles (at 7986 North River Rd). The site is in the North County planning area, Salinas River sub area.
