Document Description
Upon the acquisition of the Caltrans parcels, the main project site would be developed as the Ramona intergenerational community campus (RICC or proposed project) that includes the following facilities: 1) 12,500 sf senior facility; 2) 5,000 sf adult day care center; 3) 14,000 sf community gym and teen cafe; 4) 20,000 sf childcare center; 5) 10,000 sf family resource center; 6) 3,660 sf community support center; 7) approximately 230 parking spaces; and 8) various infrastructure improvements to support the new facilities.
