Document Description
Project is located on a 2.2 acre site in the Academic Core and consists of demolition of an existing 11,200 GSF dining facility and construction of a new, 240,000 GSF residence hall with approx. 494 beds for freshmen, new dining facilities and community space supporting the entire existing Middle Earth housing complex. The project also includes renovation of the existing dining facility (Pippin) to repurpose the space for a fitness center and other support uses, located within the Middle Earth housing complex.
