Document Description
The applicant seeks approval of plot plan/site plan for the construction of a new 77,850 sf industrial park on an undeveloped 10.3 acre site in the Vista Business Park. In general the proposed project would involve mass grading, installation of wet and dry utilities (including off-site sewer connection), two concrete tilt-up buildings (47,060 sf and 30,790 sf) parking spaces for 205 vehicles, and two driveways. Preliminary calculations of the overall mass grading of the site are estimated at 57,741 cy of cut and fill, which would be balanced on the site. The project is anticipated to be constructed in one progressive phase that would take approximately ten months to complete.
