Document Description
The city of Alhambra development services department, in its capacity as the lead agency, is reviewing an application for the construction of a 134,417 sf Lowe's home improvement store which includes a 23,160 sf garden center, a six-level parking structure; and two, six-story office buildings that will have a combined floor area of approximately 245,400 sf. The six level above ground parking structure will be located between the Lowe's and Building 1. The proposed project site will consist of two parcels with a total land area of 12.66 acres.
