Note: Review Per Lead Demolition of all existing on-site uses consisting of approximately 131,350 sf in 3 buildings as part of a cold storage facility. The proposed mixed-use project would include 475 live/work units and approximately 49,594 sf of ground level commercial use. The project would result in a total of approximately 565,695 sf of developed floor area with an FAR of 3.48:1. The project would include one building atop a two-story podium, for a total of seven stories above grade and a max building height of 85 feet. Parking would be provided within a three level parking structure with two levels below grade and one level at grade. The project is anticipated to begin construction in 2018 and would be completed in 2022. Construction is expected to take place in a single phase.
