Document Description
On Nov. 1, 2016, the Dublin City Council adopted a resolution approving a Neg Dec for the Rezoning of the Sierra Business Center from the M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District to the M-P (Industrial Park) Zoning District. On Nov. 15, 2016, the City council adopted an ordinance approving a Rezoning from the M-1 Zoning District to the M-P Zoning District for the Sierra Business Center. Both the M-1 and M-P Zoning Districts are consistent with the site's General Plan Business Park/Industrial land use designation. Under the current M-1 Zoning District, office uses are not permitted. Professional and administrative offices are allowed use in M-P Zoning District.
