Document Description
The project involves installing a new floating dock within Corte Madera Creek and an access ramp gangway. Two new deadman anchor posts will be installed in the lot and then connected to the end of the dock using steel cables. A concrete step pad will be installed in the lot that will connect the landward side of the gangway. The new dock will be 10-foot wide and 32.5 foot long, covering approximately 325 square feet of water surface. The new gangway will be approximately 42-foot long and 6-foot wide. Issuance of a Lakebed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0441-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
