The project allows access to a parcel that was part of a subdivision approved through the County many years ago, now being cleared and developed through a CalFire conversion exemption. The local environment is a mixed conifer forest habitat, and there appear to be no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed and no significant adverse impacts on endangered, rare, or threatened species or their habitat by constructing the project. The project will not result in cumulative impacts as the parcels are 1-3 acres and new driveways are far away from each other.
