Document Description
The project proposes to grind existing pavement, replace failed slabs, resurface existing asphalt concrete (AC) shoulders, and replace locally failed AC pavement on the I-580 mainline and on/off ramps between Oakland and San Leandro. The purpose is to preserve and extend the life of the pavement and improve ride quality.
