The Goal of this project is to demonstrate an advanced biological wastewater treatment method, Biological-Double Efficiency process, and to quantify the electrical energy and water savings. The project will be demonstrated at a wastewater treatment plant in the City of Rialto.

The project proposes the rehabilitation of the Plant 1 basin at the City of Rialto's wastewater treatment plant. This project meets the guidelines established by CEQA and is in compliance with the General Plan and Zoning designations for the site.
