The proposed project involves the excavation and hauling of all refuse and impacted soil from AADS Phase I for disposal to a lined waste disposal area located within the AADS, removal of 11 landfill gas extraction wells, and decommissioning of 10 groundwater monitoring wells. All work will be performed within the permitted 440 acre operational site.
