Document Description
The MRWPCA proposes to connect an existing farmworker housing complex to the regional wastewater system to provide wastewater services and eliminate the need for an existing leach field system at the site. Extension of services will be under the authority of the Monterey County Local Agency Formation Commission.

Reasons for Exemption
Proposed project involves a service extension approval by the local agency formation commission and a connection of a farmwork housing site to an existing wastewater system with minor grading/improvements on developed and disturbed land. Pipeline construction will be on less than one mile and on paved roads or disturbed right of ways. The existing MRWPCA system has adequate capacity to serve the existing facility.
