The California Department of Toxic Substances Control, pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 6.8, Division 20, Section 25355.5(a)(1)(C) of the Health and Safety Code approved a RAW as submitted in November 2016 by Roux Associates, Inc. on behalf of Moyer Products, Inc. The purpose of the project is to protect human health and the environment and mitigate contaminated soil and groundwater to minimize human exposure to the identified contaminants of concern.
