The project consists of one (1) existing building and one (1) existing parking lot including approximately 43,070 square feet of tideland area which includes the first floor of a two-story building of approximately 8,763 square feet, a 16 square feet wide non-exclusive access area, and 3,970 square feet joint-use tideland shared area, located at 1420 West Palm Stret in the city of San Diego, California.
