The proposed project involves the construction of a new service bar located at the Bay Club Hotel and Marina (Applicant) pool located in Shelter Island in San Diego, California. The project is proposing to construct an approximately 50-square-foot (sf) service bar. The proposed project location is adjacent to the external wall of an exisitng structure as well as underneath an existing balcony. The bar addition components include three (3), eight-foot tall, non-bearing, full-height stud wall enclosures, a door, a pass-through window, and a granite pass-through counter.
