Document Description
Design Plan 15-02 is a 262,260 square foot speculative warehouse and distribution facility to be located in the industrial designation within the Meridian Specific Plan (SP-5). The project was approved by the March Business Center Implementation Committee on November 7, 2016 for single building on 13.53 acres. The project was found to be consistent with the approved Specific Plan develop standards, March Business Center Design Guidelines and the certified Subsequent Meridian Specific Plan EIR and Mitigation Measures.
