This project proposes to install wall luminaries and upgrade existing tunnel overhead ceiling lights, install new light poles and flashing beacon with curve warning sign, upgrade nonstandard sign panels, and refresh striping with high visibility delineation. The purpose is to improve day and night visibility and enhance safety.
