Document Description
The project consists of decommissioning the Helix 2 flow control facility and repurposing the existing vault structure into an insolation valve vault. Mechanical work will include installation of new piping and valves. Structural work will include demolishing upper structure and vault roof and constructing new vault roof with equipment access hatches. Electrical and instrumentation work will include demolition and removal of unneeded components as well as modifications to service power, lighting, and miscellaneous electrical components.
