The project consists of 74 multi-family units and 5,540 square feet of commercial space on the 2,42 acre parcel development of a 0.49-acre public park and a parking area on 0.65-acres of undeveloped city-owned land. Other improvements include sidewalks, bioswale, and restriping forparking on Santero Way.
The project is consistent with the Santero Way Specific Plan and is located within a Priority Development Area. In 2015, the City adopted a community level environmental review. The project is adequately served by existing services and utilities. Residential Infill Project.
