Document Description
The project consists of demolition and construction of improvements to a pipeline ozone contractor including construction of 164-ft of 4-in off-gas pipeline, installation of 30-in steel manway and 7-ft vault to an existing ozone system at the RVWTP. The project will control the release of nuisance ozone off gas.

The project is modifying an existing ozone system at the RVWTP. The Modification to the ozone system will not result in expansion of treatment capacity beyond current levels and there will be no expansion of an existing use. The proposed action will not have a significant effect on the physical environment; thus the project qualifies as a Class 1 Existing Facilities CE (Section 15301).
