Document Description
Conduct emergency repairs along Upper Ford's Bar Road within Auburn State Recreation Area to stabilize the road and slopes that were damaged during the July 2016 Trailhead Fire, to protect and service facilities necessary to maintain services essential to public health, safety and welfare. A qualified Department anchaeologist and environmental scientist will be onsite during all work to ensure any sensitive resources in the immediate area are not impacted and to stop or redirect work, as necessary. Work will follow the rehabilitation recommendations provided by the US Forest Service in the September 14, 2016, Meeting Notes for the Auburn SRA Trailhead Fire Soil Assessment.
