The State Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB) is the Lead Agency. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing funds for the project. The Oasis Gardens Water Comapny proposes to conduct a planning project for the development of plans and specification in anticipation of construction project to consolidate with Coachella Valley Water District and resolve Cromium 6 contamination that exceeds MCL's thresholds. The project also includes the development of an environmental document.
