The project consists of the construction and installation of a ground mounted PV solar system on a 2.3 acre portion of an existing school site to provide electricity to the District. The solar arrays associated utility boxes and security fencing, are minor structures appurtenant to the existing institutional uses. The project will not increase the capacity of the school sites by 25% or 10 classrooms.
