Document Description
On the existing State owned campus for the CSDF, the proposed project consist of removing the existing 1,920 sq. ft. modular building and all associated items and construct a new 2,160 SF building with new walks, patio, wrought iron fencing, accessible parking space, utility access, storm drain inlets, and landscaping. The new building will be constructed consistent with current building code requirements and in the same general location. The Dept. of State Architect would not rectify the modular building constructed in 1979, because it is considered out of compliance with current code and regulations.
