- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0217-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians. The project is limited to the removal of fish passage barriers and the restoration of Rancheria Creek though removal of two failing culverts and replacement with natural bottom concrete culverts, realignment and regrading of the channel, and the installation of boulder weirs to control the grade of the channel.
