Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0224-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Equity Smart Investments, L.P.
Project is limited to mass grading of the 14.4-acre project site and installation of an 18-inch culvert pipe that will connect to existing 18-inch pipes which currently outlet into the northern portion of the site and inlet in the southern portion of the site. Prior to pipe installation, all vegetation will be removed from the existing stream and emergent wetland. Following vegetation removal, the connecting pipe will be installed and covered with compacted native soil.
