Document Description
On March 16, 2021, the District approved an Amended and Restated Design-Build Agreement concerning the Phase 2 and Phase 3 services for the Conveyance Infrastructure Project that are part of the PWS Project evaluated in the EIR. The Phase 2 and Phase 3 services for the Conveyance Infrastructure Project, which include the construction of the conveyance infrastructure for PWS source water, reverse osmosis concentrate, purified recycled water and a 2-year Design-Builder Warranty, are a part of the PWS Project evaluated in the EIR and Addendum, and pursuant to Public Resources Code section 21166 and State CEQA Guidelines section 15162, approval of the Amended and Restated Design-Build Agreement will result in no new or more severe impacts requiring additional environmental review of the approval action.
