The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0488-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Town of Moraga. The Project consists of a Major Amendment to the Canyon Road Bridge Replacement Project (Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0488-R3) and consists of three components. First, the work window for the project was changed from May 15 to May 4, 2020. Second, the Agreement allows the project to be extended on a day-to-day or week-to-week basis pending a list of requirements. Third, the Agreement requires the Permittee to submit weather forecasts for the weeks of May 4, 2020 and May 11, 2020 for CDFW review and approval prior to construction.
