Site development permit SDP16-003 to allow the placement of three general commercial retail buildings for the Stone Mill Center as follows: building A=5,006 SF, Building B=2,967 sf and building C=7,960 sf, for a total of 15,933 sf of retail space, on a 2.1+/- acre site. The project site is currently zoned C-1:DMX:AIR under title 17 of the Tuolumne County ordinance code.
The project site is located at the intersection of Parrotts Ferry Road and Union Hill Road, approximately 260 ft northwest of the intersection of state highway 49 and Parrotts Ferry Road. A portion of section 23, T2N, R14E, APN 33-033-47. Within supervisor district 1.
