The project site is currently zoned C-1:DMX:AIR under title 17 of the Tuolumne County ordinance code. The project site is located at the intersection of Parrotts Ferry Road and Union Hill Road, approximately 260 ft northwest of the intersection of state highway 49 and Parrotts Ferry Road. A portion of section 23, T2N, R14E, APN 33-033-47. Within supervisor district 1.
