The Western Canal Water District (WCWD) and RID Water Transfers from 2018 to 2022 EIR (certified by RID in April 2018) analyzed transfers in 2018 to 2022. This Addendum evaluates extending the Proposed Project considered in the EIR to 2023-2027, as well as adding Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency as a potential buyer.
